Pratibha Raj

Pratibha Raj – Principal

Barrister & Solicitor (LLB)

Pratibha is the Principal and Director of Ormiston Legal. She graduated from University of South Pacific – Fiji Islands in 1997. She practiced law in Fiji Islands working for law firms and also for the Government. Pratibha came to NZ in 2002 and was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in 2006. After practicing at various law firms in Auckland she ventured into her own practice in 2010. Pratibha’s areas of practice include Property Law, Family Law, Commercial Transactions, Wills, Trusts & Succession Planning, Estate Administration and Immigration Law. Pratibha is also involved in various charity work. She has formed her very own Pratibha Raj Charitable Trust which mainly focusses in helping the needy especially disadvantaged children and women. Outside of work Pratibha enjoys swimming and playing various sports.
